Finally I’ve caught up with my Bleach blogging, and I’m glad I did as the recent episodes have been quite good. This episode focussed on my favorite character Orihime, which made me even happier. Orihime is attacked by people controlled by one of the attacking hollows. Tatsuki comes to help fight them off, but is badly hurt. A power then awakens in Orihime and the hair clip that her brother gave her starts to glow. A tornado surrounds her and six butterfly-like creatures appear. At Orihime’s command, these creatures heal Tatsuki and take out the hollow. After the fight, Chad and Orihime, both left unconscious from their fights are taken by people from soul society. Meanwhile, Ichigo and Ishida continue their competition and Kon and Rukia join the fight.

Ishida sends a large amount of hollows to attack the area and proposes a contest against Ichigo. Whoever can defeat the most hollows in 24 hours wins. Needless to say, Ichigo isn’t happy about this. One of the hollows goes after Chad. With a bit of help from Karin, Chad is able to clearly see the hollow and defeat it. He also grows a mutant arm. I wonder if it’s permanant. It’s also learned that Tatsuki has the ability to see spirits. The preview for the next episode was quite funny. I can’t wait to see Orihime in action.

Bo-bobo, Beauty and Don Pachi have even more disturbing adventures with more parodies and more randomness. The latest enemy uses this hair extracting beam, and within 10 hours, Beauty’s hair will fall out. They head off to look for the cure. While searching the enemy base, they take an elevator around, go to video rental stores, and fight enemys such as a menacing stuffed rabbit. They eventually wind up meeting a guy with a pink swilry ice cream cone for a head who challenges them to a fight. Um… how are they going to get out of this mess? A bigger question: Do I really want to know?

Sorry for the lack of updates lately. I’ve been busy with Christmas and had a few technical problems, but should be in business again. In this episode of Bleach, Ishida is introduced. He’s very strong and very cool. I love his bow and arrow attack. Other then him, the best thing about this episode was that it had more cute (though not at all romantic) scenes between Ichigo and Orihime. Next time there’ll be a face off between Ichigo and Ishida. I’m not quite sure who will win.

I’m back and I’m starting up again with a review of Bleach episode 10. Bleach has been simply great lately. I’m very impressed. Today some pretty interesting things happened. This creepy looking dude Kan’onji was putting on a show that everyone wanted to see, save for Ichigo and Karin. A hollow wound up being formed there and caused some trouble though. Ichigo and Kan’onji (who was surprisingly a good guy) teamed up and defeated it. Seemingly, Chad and Orihime both have some spiritual abilities as well now. I guess that makes sense though, since they’ve both had encounters with the Hollows. I loved the brief interaction between Ichigo and Orihime in this episode. Even though I doubt they’ll get together, I can dream.

Ichigo is eventually able to stop the hollow and save Karin and Yuzu with a liittle help from Saido. Seemingly, they’re playing with the Ichigo x Rukia relationship for now. Personally, I prefer Ichigo x Orihime, but we’ll just have to wait and see what happens.

Yes! I haven’t been able to get anymore episodes of this in so long. These to episodes were great however and well worth the wait. Episode 11 had me in stitches. With all the parodying, it was quite possibly the funniest episode yet. Episode 12 was a good ending. It wasn’t incredibly spectacular, but I wasn’t expecting a spectacular ending, knowing how insane this show is. It was quite sweet though. For a brief summary, episode 11 focused on Sasuke fighting these two ogre things in the first part. In the second half, the gang put on a play in Kaede’s house. In episode 12, it’s been a year since Shinobu and Kaede met. Kaede goes out to buy her a presents. Shinobu learns that she has to take a Ninja exam to follow her dreams and study abroad in England, supposedly the best place for Ninja training. Kaede says that she’ll come, but winds up staying at home and acting all sad about it. However, she shows up as Shinobu, who’s sad as well about leaving Kaede, is about to quit. Shinobu is able to pass and leaves. However, she fails school in England and returns home to a depressed Kaede. Onsokumaru later complains that he didn’t get to show up in the last scene. Very cute, very awesome! I love season finales.
