When Ren attempts to react with Beezun, something strange happens, which hurts them both. Cisqua fires at Beezun, giving them a chance to escape. Beezun’s just fine though and still wants Ren. Once they’re safe, Cisqua explains Ren’s plan. An Edil Raid can’t react with twp people at once. They plan to leave, but they have to find Kuea and Rowen first. Cisqua uses her radar, but it leads her to several vicious beasts. To make matters worse, they can’t get back into the room they were in. Cisqua and Coud attempts to fight them off, but it’s no good. Coud’s going to have to react with Ren. They begin the ritual, but Coud is reminded that he can’t do it properly and stops it. Just when the three are toast, they’re saved by Rowen (and Kuea.) After they defeat them and leave, Cisqua, Kuea, and Rowen discuss they’re plans to take Ren. Meanwhile Para is being attacked by one of the beasts. Rowen quickly defeats it, and Ren bandages her wound. She explains that she left Beezun due to being upset that he only wanted her for his powers. However, now they’re at her limit. She agrees to help them out. While Cisqua gets Kuea and Rowen to ride the gondola and Para gets the key, Coud and Ren are left alone. Ren asks Coud if he hates her for everything she said to him. Coud acknowledges that he can’t use her powers properly, and they seem to silently make up. Unbeknownst to them, everyone else is watching at this point. It turns out that Para tricked them, leading them right to Beezun. Kuea and Rowen are about to react, but Kuea’s too hungry. Cisqua shoots at him, but he deflects her bullets with shield until he runs out. However, she’s not through with him yet and enters kickbutt mode. Before she can do anything though, Coud interferes. Bezzun grabs him and attempts to kill him so he can react with Ren. Coud winds up deflecting his electric blast and frying him. It’s time to react now. This time it works and the real battle begins. However, Beezun’s attacks are losing accuracy. Para’s upset with him. Ren helps Coud so that their hearts can become one. He uses the Euros Luna attack. They’ve won, but the castle is now collapsing. Also, Para’s no longer an Edil Raid. She just sits there as it’s destroyed, but somehow manages to survive. Now that the main five have escaped, Cisqua declares herself, Kuea and Rowen Coud’s allies even though he objects. It’s time to continue on their journey now. Yay! Another fun episode. I like the plot twists here. Para was tricking them, but at the same time was honest about some of the things she said. Interesting. Also, it seems Coud and Ren are on friendly terms again. Now this will make everything infinitely more easier. I’m looking forward to seeing next week’s episode. It looks as if it will be focusing on Cisqua, and she seems to have some serious angst.

Coud goes off to rescue Ren, who’s been captured by some psycho who wants her powers. She’s certainly special, as it turns out that she’s the “Seventh Scintillating Treasure Tree.” Currently, this guys using an artificial Edil Reid who went through the dangerous process of giving herself a crystal because she wanted to serve him. Both she and Coud don’t get what they want though. She’s dumped for not being strong enough, Ren decides to combine with him rather then Coud because if she only exists as a source of power then she should at least be used by someone capable. Okay, another episode that doesn’t disappoint. I’ve been quite into Eremantar Gerad lately. I’m quite hooked on the OP in fact. It’s been stuck in my head for several days. I can’t wait to see next weeks episode. I just love it when good characters do something evil, whether it‘s knowingly or not. Go Ren! I can’t wait to see what happens now.

Eek! It’s time again for the speed entries. Luckily, I have a few days off from school next week where I can hopefully catch up. In todays episode, Ganju finishes off his narcissist excuse for an enemy. Ishida and Orihimi run into the immensely hideous Jiroubo. Orhime goes first, and launches Tsubaki as a blade. He winds up breaking though, because she didn’t attack with the intent to kill. Ishida does want to kill, and with his stronger bow abilities he starts to beat up Jiroubo. I pretty interesting episode. I wonder how long it will be until they finish fighting captains though. Probably not for sometime since there’s so many of them. If it goes on for an eternity then it will get bland. I’m hoping for an interesting sub plot at least. At least all the captains seem cool, except for that creepy skeleton guy. They’re still continuing with the cycling ending themes, and this week’s was rather cute.

Coud’s new sword, a.k.a Ren, is quite strong. However, his ninja opponents aren’t going to give up so easily. Using a weird machine, they grab Ren. Coud wants to get her back, and Cisqua, also helping, orders Rowen and Kuea to come with her. Coud’s able to get her out by a plane collision, but she’s quickly falling to the ground. He’s able to catch her, but nearly crashes his plane. Then he starts to get fired at so he and Ren wind up having to hitch a ride on the back of Cisqua’s plane. Causing more trouble, both this plane and the big ship crash. They’ve all made it safely to land though. Coud is glad to see that Ren is fine (in fact, she’s in better shape then him, as he wound up in a tree.) The two of them have a bit of a conversation (yes, Ren is actually talking.) Ren mentions a place called the Edel Gardens where she wants to go. Coud decides to help her get there. Cisqua interrupts him though with inane ranting. Coud and Ren don’t care and head off. Rowen points this out to her, getting her mad. She chases after them and continues to talk, but they leave her again. However, Ren starts to get tired and stops, letting the others catch up. As they continue walking Kuea’s getting very hungry. They’re going to need to find food fast, especially because she takes a bite out of Cisqua. Soon, a girl and her father ride by on a horse and buggy, being closely pursued by a vicious animal. The animal leaps of them, and Ren reacts to this. She turns into a sword for Coud again. Coud scares the animal away, saving them. To thank him, they’re all invited over to eat and can stay there too. While they eat, Coud mentions that he’s glad that Ren makes him so strong. This gets her pretty upset so she goes off to her room. She realizes that she was right about hating humans. Then a mysterious figure shows up behind her. Alright, one thing I don’t get is why I was forced to watch the raw even though the subs are already out. Computer problems suck. About the actual episode, I’m getting very into this. Though it’s rather typical, typical can sometimes be better then a wildly novelty idea. Cisqua’s still funny, and Ren, though still lacking personality, is more interesting. Coud is your standard shounen hero, always acting brave and heroic but clearly a moron when it comes to girls. Rowen and Kuea are the thick-skulled henchmen who serve as comic relief. I like the team of heroes though, so I think this is going to be a fun show.

Note: This is it. I’ve been suckered into blogging Bleach again by nobody but myself. At least I’ve got a replacement for Gundam Seed Disgrace.
A boy in the 4th Squad is looking for Rukia to bring her food. He’s surprised to learn that she’s not in her cell and has been transferred to the Shrine of Penitence. He grows concerned for her. Rukia meanwhile wonders if Ichigo is in Soul Society. Though she can’t sense him, she thinks it may be possible. Ichigo is busy fighting Ikaku and getting his butt kicked. However, he reveals that he’s not as slow as he’s letting on. Unfortunately, Ikaku is just too fast… until Ichigo’s eyes get used to his attacks. Meanwhile, Ishida and Orihime wander the streets, trying to hide from the Shinigamis. Ishida decides that the best approach would probably be to attack. He asks Orihime for her opinion, but she’s not there. It turns out that she went to scout and was spotted. Ishida plans to fight them alone, but starts to get worried when he realizes they’re nearly surrounded. Therefore, he decides that they should continue running. Chad sees that something is going on from a tree. He’s not sure what, but he jumps down to investigate. Ichigo damages Ikaku’s weapon and beats him up pretty good, but he doesn’t seem at all phased and continues to attack even though Ichigo tells him to give up, as he’s lost. Remembering what Urahara taught him, he deals the finishing blow to Ikakau. Ganju takes out a smoke bomb to use on his opponent, but unfortunately it irritates his eyes and throat as well. It turns out that Ikaku’s life was spared by Ichigo. Using Ikaku’s sword, Ichigo was able to heal him. He didn’t really appreciate it though. Ichigo explains that he wanted to ask him some questions. He first asks where Rukia is located. Meanwhile, Ganju and his opponent are hanging for dear life. They wind up falling into a pit of garbage. They both easily get out, and Ganju makes a run for it from the slashing claws. Ichigo’s question isn’t answered. Instead, he’s questioned about why he’s there. He explains that he came to save her. Ikaku asks how many people came. He responds that there’s five and a half, counting Yoruichi as the half. Ikaku laughs at him but gives him an answer. Ichigo tells Ikaku that he owes him and then heads off. Ichigo is warned about the 11th Squad captain, Zeraki Kenpachi. At the moment though, “Ken-chan” is helplessly lost. I really liked this episode. Then again, I really like Bleach. I like how the story can be fighting, fighting, fighting yet still remain fun. The humor of Bleach is its biggest charm. What they did about the ending theme was certainly interesting. It seems like each week they’ll be focusing on two different captains. Personally, I liked this week’s animation over last weeks, but they were both nice. Oh, and we’re finally into what I presume to be the second half of Bleach. Yay!

Okay, we’ve got a boy named Coud who discovers this girl named Ren in a box. He’s a bit freaked out, especially because he accidentally grabs her breast when he tries to catch her. However, he’s got little time to worry about that as opposition shows up right away. Three people are trying to take her from him. They’re lead by a rather energetic young girl named Cisqua. Her two colleagues are a bishounen named Rowen and a woman named Kuea. Cisqua offers Coud large sums of money for Ren, but winds up getting a slap in the hand and one of her checks ripped up. Therefore, she resorts to the heavy artillery by taking out a gun. Before she can do anything with it though, more psycho’s show up. They’re after Ren as well. Cisqua takes them on with her gun while Kuea shows that she’s know ordinary being by transforming into a weapon for Rowen. Coud gets pretty beat up by them, and Ren just stands their doing nothing. However, she eventually does something. She takes his hand and transforms into a sword for him. Pretty weird stuff. This is definately following a sterotypical pattern so far, but we’ll see how it goes. The animation is great and there’s sopme pretty good seiyuus too (Nana Mizuki, Akira Ishida.) The ending theme is blah for now, but I’m really liking the opening theme. Also, the main characters seem pretty likable, though I’d prefer it if Ren showed any signs of having a personality.
